What to include in your message

Specific URL of the page you are writing about (so we can find the exact content).

For corrections: what you believe is wrong and what the correct information is, with a source we can verify.

For partnerships: operator name, license jurisdiction, license number, and the markets you operate in.

For press: outlet, deadline and the angle you are working on.

Your preferred reply email and language (we operate in English, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish).

What we cannot help with

We are an independent review site, not a regulator and not the operator. Some questions need to be sent elsewhere:

Disputes with an operator (withdrawal held, account locked, bonus refused)

Contact the operator first. If unresolved, escalate to the operator's ADR provider (eCOGRA, IBAS, etc.) and the licensing regulator (Spelinspektionen, UKGC, Spillemyndigheden, GGL, depending on the operator's license).

Self-exclusion or gambling-harm support

KYC questions, account verification, payment delays

Contact the operator's support directly, they have your account and we do not.

Suspected match-fixing or fraud

Report to the licensing regulator and to your national police. We can amplify a confirmed report editorially but we cannot investigate.
