Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie and similar technology Bennycasino uses, what each one does, and how to control them. The policy is written to comply with the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK GDPR consent rules and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixel tags. We use the term "cookies" throughout this page to mean any of these mechanisms.
2. Our approach
Bennycasino runs lean. We use the smallest cookie set that lets the site function, lets us understand traffic in aggregate and lets us measure our own advertising.
- Exactly two third-party vendors: Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement and the Meta pixel for advertising measurement. Both stay dormant until you consent.
- No display advertising on this site. We are funded by affiliate commission, which is disclosed on every page.
- Once enabled, the Meta pixel does track across sites. That is precisely why it sits behind its own toggle and is switched off by default.
- No identity-resolution services, no data brokers and no fingerprinting attempts.
3. What works without consent
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the site cannot function without them. They store no personal identifiers and require no consent under ePrivacy / UK GDPR.
4. What needs your consent
Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in our consent banner. Decline and no _ga or _fbp cookie is written and no event leaves your browser. Until you choose, Google Consent Mode holds every non-essential signal at "denied", which is also what happens if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
5. Transfers outside the UK and EEA
If you consent to analytics or marketing, Google and Meta process the resulting data in the United States as well as inside the UK and EEA. Our counterparties are Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and both transfers rely on the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. US public authorities may in principle be able to access data held there, and the legal redress available to you is narrower than under UK law. Declining both categories means no transfer takes place at all.

Managing your consent

- Decline everything non-essential, which leaves no analytics, no marketing and no preference cookies, only the strictly-necessary set.
- Browser-level "Do Not Track" (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are honoured automatically, and we record them as a refusal without showing you the banner.
