Advertising Disclosure

1. How we make money

We earn a commission only when you click an outbound affiliate link, register at the operator and (in most cases) make a first deposit. The commission is paid by the operator out of their advertising budget, never by you. Your bonus, deposit terms or odds are not affected by whether you arrive via Bennycasino, a search engine or directly.

• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): a fixed payment when a referred player makes a qualifying first deposit.
• RevShare: a percentage of net gaming revenue from referred players for as long as they remain active.
• Hybrid: a smaller CPA plus a smaller RevShare. The most common arrangement in iGaming.
• No payments for clicks, page views or sign-ups that do not lead to a real deposit.

2. The editorial firewall

Commercial agreements with operators do not influence our test methodology, scoring, listing order or verdicts. Concrete safeguards:

• Reviews are scored against a public, fixed methodology before any commercial conversation is opened.
• Listing order is determined by score and market relevance, not by commission rate.
• No operator can pay for a review, a higher score, a featured slot or a positive verdict.
• When an operator changes for the worse, we lower the score even if the commercial relationship stays the same.
• When an operator stops paying out fairly or breaches its licence, we delist regardless of historical commission.

3. How disclosure is shown

Every page on this site that contains affiliate links also tells you, on the page itself, that affiliate links are present. We use one of the following formats depending on space:

• Inline disclosure on review pages: a labelled banner above the verdict.
• Listing-page disclosure: a short note above the casino grid, before the first link.
• Footer disclosure: every page carries the "Independent affiliate" badge in the footer.

4. What we never do

There are practices common in iGaming affiliate advertising that we explicitly do not engage in:

• No paid placements disguised as editorial.
• No "best of" lists where the rank is decided by who pays the most.
• No promotional language ("risk-free", "guaranteed wins") banned in our markets.
• No targeting of self-excluded users or under-age audiences.
• No fabricated review scores. Every casino we score has been tested with a real account, real deposits and a real withdrawal request.

5. Compliance frameworks we follow

Our disclosure practices are aligned with the following international and national frameworks:

• EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC).
• EU Digital Services Act (Reg. 2022/2065) transparency requirements for online platforms.
• UK CAP Code and BCAP Code, non-broadcast and broadcast advertising standards.
• UK Gambling Commission advertising guidance under the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP).
• Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) rulings and adjudications.
• Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on online endorsements and hidden advertising.
• US Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides, followed even though we do not target the US.
